Our health and wellbeing, depend from our food.  The healthy foods are containing enough nutrition and vitamins, for nourishing and for supporting a healthy body.  The five major groups of the nutrients are, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals. They are vital for maintaining good health and normal cell-growth.  Vitamins are required in small amounts for metabolism, to protect health, and for proper growth in children. Vitamins also assist in the formation of hormones, blood cells, nervous system chemicals, and genetic material.
